About
We built the
operator, not the
answering machine.
LocalLead Solutions exists because the AI being sold to local service companies answers the phone. That is not the problem a growing trade business has. The problem is that nobody is out there starting conversations, and hiring a person to do it does not pencil out for a shop with two trucks.

Why we exist
The gap nobody was selling into.
A local service company has three ways to get more work: buy leads, run ads, or go out and start conversations. The first two are crowded and expensive. The third works better than either — and almost nobody does it, because it is tedious, relentless work that no busy operator has time for and no two-truck shop can afford to hire for.
That is the gap. It is not a technology gap — the tools to dial a phone, send an email and update a CRM have existed for twenty years. It is a labour gap: the work is real, it is valuable, and there is no economical way for a small trade business to staff it.
So we built one agent that does the whole job. It builds its own list from public records, works it across voice, email and text, handles the objections, follows up until it gets an answer, books the job, and reports what happened. One system, one market, one price — and you stay in control of what it is allowed to say.
We deliberately did not build a receptionist. Inbound answering is a solved problem with several good products already on the market. The unsolved problem is outbound, and that is where we put everything.
What we do not do
- We do not answer your inbound calls
- We do not resell your list or your data
- We do not promise booked jobs we cannot model
- We do not take over your pricing, licensing or promises
- We do not lock you into a multi-year contract
What we believe
Five positions we will defend.
Local service companies lose to follow-up, not to price
Almost every company we speak to is good at the work and bad at chasing it. The job goes to whoever called back four times, and that is almost never the busiest, most competent operator in town.
One system beats five tools
A list vendor does not call the list. A dialer does not follow up. A follow-up tool does not know what was said. The gaps between tools are exactly where the revenue leaks out.
The agent should be constrained, not clever
It is more useful to know exactly what the agent will never do — promise a lead time, invent a price, ignore an opt-out — than to be impressed by what it can improvise.
You own the output
The list, the recordings, the transcripts and the pipeline belong to the company that paid for them. If you leave, they leave with you.
Honest maths beats a bold promise
We would rather lose a deal on the build call than win one that cannot work. If your ticket size, capacity or market cannot support the model, we will say so.
Where we build
Six metro markets, thirty-six neighbourhood builds.
We start where we can be useful: real neighbourhoods with real housing stock, real trade demand and real lead sources. Not a national template with the city name swapped out.
Talk to a human about it.
No deck, no discovery questionnaire. Twenty minutes on your trade, your market and your numbers — and a straight answer on whether this is worth doing.
