Agentic AI for local service companies

It does not answer
your phone.
It fills your schedule.

LocalLead deploys one full agentic AI operator for local service companies. It scrapes your market, cold-calls and cold-emails decision makers, handles the objections, follows up until somebody answers, and books the job on your calendar.

Not an AI receptionist. Not a chatbot. Not another lead list.

The real bottleneck

Your phone is not
the problem.

Every AI tool sold to local businesses answers inbound calls you were already getting. That is a nice-to-have. The revenue you are missing is in the conversations nobody ever started.

You are not short of demand

Your market has more work in it than your crew can reach. What you are short of is somebody whose entire job is to go out and start conversations.

Your quotes die in an inbox

The average local quote gets one follow-up, maybe two. The job goes to whoever called a fourth time — and that is never the busiest company in town.

Your old customers are a goldmine nobody works

Past customers, dead quotes and web forms that never got a callback sit in a spreadsheet while you pay for cold leads you do not need.

Hiring an SDR does not work at your scale

One setter costs more than a technician, quits within a year, and takes the list with them. The work is real; the headcount is not the answer.

What the agent does

One loop.
Every revenue task.

Not a menu of disconnected features. Six stages that feed each other, running every working hour, whether or not anybody calls you.

01It builds its own list.

Map the market

The agent sweeps public records, permits, registrations and demand signals inside your service radius, then scores every record on how likely it is to become a job you actually want.

  • Verified local records with named decision makers
  • Direct dial and email routes attached
  • De-duplicated against your existing customers
02It calls and it emails.

Open the conversation

Dozens of live calls at once, plus authenticated email sequences written around the specific trigger that flagged each prospect. Gatekeepers navigated, voicemails left, follow-ups scheduled.

  • 200–500 dials a day
  • Multi-touch email with instant reply detection
  • Every touch logged to the record
03It asks the questions you would.

Qualify the work

Job type, address, timeframe, budget band and whether the person on the line can actually approve the work. Unqualified records are dropped, not passed to you.

  • Qualified opportunity with full context
  • Disqualification reasons recorded
  • Compliance gates applied before every dial
04It does not give up at the first no.

Handle the objection

Price, timing, "I've got a guy", "send me something" — each handled with a tested response built from your actual close history, inside the limits you set.

  • Objection library tuned weekly
  • Escalation the moment a prospect pushes past your rules
  • No unauthorised promises or discounts
05It puts the job on your calendar.

Close and book

Warm transfers during your hours, booked callbacks outside them, deposit and signature links sent the moment somebody commits. The job lands as an appointment, not a notification.

  • Warm transfer with a one-line brief
  • Calendar slot confirmed with the decision maker
  • Deposit or signature request sent
06You see exactly what happened.

Report and tune

Every call, email, reply and outcome logged automatically, with a Monday report that separates activity from revenue and names what to change next week.

  • Weekly attributed-revenue one-pager
  • Source, sequence and script attribution
  • Script changes proposed from real conversion data

Capabilities

One agent.
Seven jobs.

Each of these is a job you would otherwise hire for, delegate to somebody who is already busy, or simply never get to.

Positioning

Answering the phone
is not the problem.

An AI receptionist recovers calls you were already getting. This agent creates conversations that were never going to happen. Both are useful. Only one of them grows revenue.

What it is

  • A full agentic operator that runs outbound revenue end to end
  • One system that builds the list, works it, closes it and reports it
  • Trained on your trade, your pricing posture and your rules
  • Controlled by you: one switch pauses calling, email or everything
  • Yours: the pipeline, recordings and contact data export on demand

What it is not

  • Not an answering service or an AI receptionist
  • Not a chatbot on your website
  • Not a lead vendor selling the same list to four competitors
  • Not a dialer that reads one script and gives up
  • Not a replacement for your closers, your technicians or your judgement

Industries

Built around how your trade actually sells.

The agent is configured per trade: job economics, buying triggers, the decision maker, the season and the objections your customers actually raise.

Markets

We build for the
neighbourhood, not the zip code.

Demand in a metro is not uniform. The agent is configured street by street — the housing era, the trade mix, the local lead sources and the season that actually matters in that neighbourhood.

Expected outcomes

What the agent is built to produce.

These are modeled projections based on the agent's configured throughput and your trade's average ticket — not client results and not a guarantee. Every engagement is scoped to your market, and we will tell you before you buy if the maths does not work for your trade.

Use cases

Five companies that look like yours.

The shop with two trucks and no office

The situation
Two technicians, one van each, and a phone that only gets answered when somebody is between jobs.
What the agent does
The agent runs the outbound side entirely: age-scored replacement lists in the morning, quote follow-up at lunch, dead-quote revival on Fridays.
The result
The owner's calendar fills with planned replacement work instead of relying on whoever calls next.

The contractor who is fully booked and still not growing

The situation
Every technician is scheduled for weeks, revenue is flat, and there is no capacity to sell the bigger jobs.
What the agent does
The agent targets higher-ticket work — commercial portfolios, HOA contracts, multi-site property managers — on a long, patient sequence.
The result
Next quarter's pipeline is built while this quarter's work is still being delivered.

The company that spent $60k on lead vendors last year

The situation
Shared leads, aged lists, and a CRM full of contacts that were called twice and abandoned.
What the agent does
Reactivation runs first on everything already owned, then the agent builds a private list nobody else can buy.
The result
The cheapest revenue gets worked before a single cold record is dialed.

The storm market that lives and dies by the weather

The situation
One hail event can double the year, and the company that reaches homeowners first usually wins the roof.
What the agent does
Storm overlays trigger call campaigns within hours, and the claim cadence keeps every open insurance file moving.
The result
Coverage of the swath before the door knockers mobilise, and no claim abandoned mid-process.

The commercial-focused operator

The situation
Residential work is unpredictable; the profitable business is contracts with property managers and facilities teams.
What the agent does
Portfolio-level outreach to property managers, facilities leads and builders, timed to lease events, renewals and budget cycles.
The result
Recurring contract conversations instead of one-off job chasing.

How the build works

Live in seven days.

The build fee buys a real setup, not a login. Here is exactly what happens between the first call and the first booked job.

  1. Day 0

    The 20-minute build call

We map your trade, service radius, price floor, transfer number and the promises the agent may make. You leave with a written scope, not a proposal deck.

  2. Days 1–3

    Market recon and list build

Your market is scraped, scored and de-duplicated against your existing customers. You review the first list before anything is dialed.

  3. Days 3–5

    Scripts, sequences and CRM wiring

Call script, email sequence, objection responses and CRM stages are written and approved by you line by line. Nothing goes live unapproved.

  4. Days 5–7

    Compliance and authentication

Calling windows, do-not-call scrubbing, recording consent, domain authentication and suppression lists are configured and verified.

  5. Week 2

    Go live

The agent starts dialing and emailing. The first week is deliberately conservative while deliverability and call outcomes are measured.

  6. Weeks 3–6

    The tuning window

Scripts, targeting and timing are adjusted against real conversion data. This is where the numbers usually move most.

  7. Ongoing

    Run, report, tune

Monthly operation with a weekly attributed-revenue report, live transfers when prospects say yes, and script changes proposed from your own data.

Objections

The things you are about to ask.

Straight answers to the questions that come up on almost every call. If yours is not here, ask us directly.

"I already have a receptionist / answering service."

Keep it. A receptionist answers inbound calls you were already getting. This agent goes out and creates conversations that were never going to happen — cold lists, dead quotes, lapsed customers, storm swaths. They solve different problems and they do not overlap.

"I tried lead generation before and it was a waste of money."

Most lead products sell you a shared, aged list and leave you to work it. This is the opposite: the list is built for you from public records, and the same system that builds it also calls it, emails it, follows up and books it. If the list were the whole product, it would fail the same way.

"Will it sound like a robot to my customers?"

It sounds like a competent assistant. You approve the voice, the opening line and the disclosure wording, and most clients choose to have it say it is an AI assistant calling on behalf of the company. It never invents answers about your pricing, licensing or availability.

"What if it says something I can't deliver?"

It is limited to a list of approved service facts and promises you sign off on. It cannot quote outside your price floor, cannot commit to inspection timelines, and escalates to you the moment a conversation goes outside its rules. Every transcript is reviewable.

"My jobs are too big to sell on a cold call."

Then the cold call is not the sale — it is the appointment. The agent qualifies, confirms the decision maker and books the visit. Your closer does what they are good at, with a better-prepared prospect in front of them.

"I don't have time to manage another system."

That is the point of the build fee. We configure the lists, scripts, sequences and CRM wiring, and you approve them. After that your involvement is one weekly report and a live transfer when somebody says yes.

FAQ

Quick answers.

The five questions that decide most deals. Everything else is on the FAQ page.

Full FAQ

Is this just an AI receptionist with a different name?

No, and the difference is the whole product. A receptionist waits for the phone to ring and takes a message. This agent starts the conversation: it builds a prospect list from public records, calls and emails those prospects, handles the objections, follows up until it gets an answer, and books the job on your calendar. Inbound answering is not part of what it does.

What kind of business is this for?

Local service companies with a field crew and a sales process that depends on somebody picking up the phone: plumbing, HVAC, roofing, electrical, landscaping, pest control, cleaning, garage doors, restoration, and similar trades. If your revenue comes from booked jobs in a service radius, it fits.

Who is it not for?

Businesses with no local service radius, businesses that cannot handle more work at all, and businesses looking for a cheap dialer to blast a purchased list. The agent is built to run a real outbound function, and that only pays off if you can deliver the work it books.

What is the agent allowed to promise?

Only what you approve. The build produces an explicit list of service facts, price ranges and commitments the agent may state. Anything outside that list is escalated to you rather than answered, so it cannot invent lead times, licensing claims or guarantees.

Can I stop it?

Yes. There is a single switch that pauses all calling, all email, or the entire agent. Individual records can be suppressed individually, and every suppression applies across every channel.

Put the agent on your market.

Twenty minutes on the phone. We map your service radius, your trade and your price floor, and tell you honestly whether the maths works — before you spend anything.
