Book a demo

Twenty minutes.
A written scope.
No deck.

This is not a product tour. It is a working session on your market — what the agent would scrape, what it would say, who it would call and what it is modelled to book. You will know whether it is worth doing by the end of the call.

Tell us about your business

Two required fields. Everything else just makes the call shorter.

Your service radius, your price floor, the job types you want more of.

We reply within one business day with two times that work. No deck, no discovery questionnaire. Read our privacy policy.

The call agenda

  1. 0–5

    Your trade and your market

What you sell, your average job value, your service radius and the jobs you want more of. We are listening, not pitching.

  2. 5–12

    The leak

Where your pipeline is actually leaking — quote follow-up, reactivation, commercial outreach, storm coverage — and which capability should go live first.

  3. 12–17

    The maths

We run the model against your numbers on the call: records available in your radius, dial volume, expected bookings and what the return looks like.

  4. 17–20

    The scope, in writing

If it makes sense, you get a written scope and a price the same day. If it does not, we tell you that instead.

Bring these if you have them

  • Your average job value for the work you want more of
  • Your service radius, or the neighbourhoods you cover
  • Your rough monthly job volume
  • Your close rate on quoted work, if you know it

What happens next

From this form to a live agent.

If we both decide to go ahead, the build takes seven days and nothing goes live until you have approved the market definition, the script and the sequence.

  1. Day 0

    The 20-minute build call

We map your trade, service radius, price floor, transfer number and the promises the agent may make. You leave with a written scope, not a proposal deck.

  2. Days 1–3

    Market recon and list build

Your market is scraped, scored and de-duplicated against your existing customers. You review the first list before anything is dialed.

  3. Days 3–5

    Scripts, sequences and CRM wiring

Call script, email sequence, objection responses and CRM stages are written and approved by you line by line. Nothing goes live unapproved.

  4. Days 5–7

    Compliance and authentication

Calling windows, do-not-call scrubbing, recording consent, domain authentication and suppression lists are configured and verified.

Before you book

The questions people ask first.

Is this just an AI receptionist with a different name?

No, and the difference is the whole product. A receptionist waits for the phone to ring and takes a message. This agent starts the conversation: it builds a prospect list from public records, calls and emails those prospects, handles the objections, follows up until it gets an answer, and books the job on your calendar. Inbound answering is not part of what it does.

What kind of business is this for?

Local service companies with a field crew and a sales process that depends on somebody picking up the phone: plumbing, HVAC, roofing, electrical, landscaping, pest control, cleaning, garage doors, restoration, and similar trades. If your revenue comes from booked jobs in a service radius, it fits.

Why is there a build fee?

Because the build is real work: market recon, list construction, call scripts, email sequences, objection libraries, CRM wiring, compliance configuration and a live thirty-day tuning window. It is a one-time cost, and it is the reason the agent performs in month two instead of month six.

What is the performance component?

A fee per job the agent books that actually lands on your calendar. It is not charged for dials, connections, opens, replies or appointments that never happen — only for work that shows up.

What does my team have to do?

Answer the warm transfers, show up to the booked appointments, and deliver the work. That is it. Data entry, list building, dialing, emailing and follow-up are all handled.

How much of my time does this take?

About an hour in the first week to approve the market definition, scripts and sequences, and roughly twenty minutes a week after that to read the report and give feedback. Larger changes are handled on a scheduled call.

Not ready for a call?

Run the model yourself first. The ROI calculator uses the same inputs we would use on the build call, and you can change every one of them.
