Model your market
before you buy.
Every number below comes from the agent's configured throughput and your own trade economics. Change the dial volume and your close rate and watch the model move — nothing here is hidden behind a sales call.
Your inputs
Three numbers decide almost all of this: your average job value, how many dials the agent makes a day, and how often you close a booked appointment.
Selecting a trade sets a starting average job value from that trade's economics. Override it below with your own.
Use the value of the job you actually want more of — a replacement, not a service call.
Cold-sourced appointments close lower than referrals. Be conservative here and the model stays honest.

This is a model, not a promise. It assumes 21 working days a month, a 15% connect rate, a 35% decision-maker rate, an 18% qualification rate and a 20% booking rate, plus a 35% uplift from email, follow-up and database reactivation. Real results depend on your trade, your market, your capacity and your close rate. If the maths does not work for your business, we will tell you before you buy.
How to read this
Three things that move the number most.
Average job value
Use the job you want more of, not your blended average. A plumbing company chasing replacements should model at the replacement price.
Close rate
Cold-sourced appointments close lower than referrals and repeats. Model conservatively; the agent's job is to fill the calendar, not to close.
Dials per day
This is a capacity setting, not a fantasy. Higher volume means a broader list and more conversations, but it also means more low-fit records.
