Pricing

One agent.
One price.
No seats.

You are not buying a licence per user, a lead package or a marketplace subscription. You are buying one operator that runs your outbound revenue function — and the performance component only applies to jobs that actually land on your calendar.

The agent

One operator.

Every capability on this site, in one build, for one market. Add markets or trades later without re-buying the platform.

25 founding slots per market

One-time agent build
$2,500Market recon, list building, call scripts, email sequences, CRM wiring, calendar handoff and a live 30-day tuning window.
Monthly operation
$1,995/moYour agent keeps running: scraping, dialing, emailing, following up, logging every touch and reporting weekly. No seat fees, no per-user licences.
Per booked job
$45Charged only when the agent books a job that shows up on your calendar. It never bills for dials, opens or busy signals.

Figures shown are our standard build and monthly operation. Every engagement is scoped to your market, trade and job volume on the build call, and you get the number in writing before anything starts.

What the build includes

  • Market definition, service radius and target job types
  • Market scraping and a scored, de-duplicated prospect list
  • Call script, qualifying questions and disclosure wording
  • Cold email sequences on an authenticated sending subdomain
  • Objection library built from your close history
  • CRM wiring, stage definitions and automatic logging
  • Compliance setup: calling windows, DNC scrubbing, consent
  • Warm transfers to your phone, briefed in one line
  • Weekly attributed-revenue report
  • A live 30-day tuning window with weekly script changes

What it does not include

  • A guarantee of a specific number of booked jobs
  • Your close rate — that is still your closer and your price
  • Any promise the agent cannot back with your approved facts

What the alternatives actually cost.

These are typical market costs, not our competitors' quotes. They are here so you can judge the build fee against what you would otherwise spend to get the same work done.

Pricing questions

The money conversation, in full.

Why is there a build fee?

Because the build is real work: market recon, list construction, call scripts, email sequences, objection libraries, CRM wiring, compliance configuration and a live thirty-day tuning window. It is a one-time cost, and it is the reason the agent performs in month two instead of month six.

What is the performance component?

A fee per job the agent books that actually lands on your calendar. It is not charged for dials, connections, opens, replies or appointments that never happen — only for work that shows up.

Are there long contracts?

The monthly operation runs month to month after the build. There is no multi-year lock-in and no seat-based licence that grows as you hire.

Will you guarantee a number of booked jobs?

No, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does. Results depend on your trade, your ticket size, your capacity and your close rate. What we do guarantee is the work: the lists get built, the dials get made, the follow-up happens, and you see every number. If the maths does not work for your market, we will say so before you buy.

What do the projections actually mean?

They are modelled from the agent's configured throughput — dial volume, conversation rate, touches per lead — combined with your trade's average ticket. They are a planning tool, not a promise, and the ROI calculator on this site uses the same model so you can change the inputs yourself.

How quickly does it pay for itself?

In most trades, one additional booked job per month covers the monthly operation. Reactivation work is run first precisely because it produces the earliest bookings, from contacts you already own.
