What the agent does

One loop.
Every revenue task.

This is not a feature list. It is one closed system that runs from a cold public record all the way to a job on your calendar, then reports what happened — every working hour, whether or not anybody calls you.

The operating loop

Six stages that feed each other.

Each stage produces the input for the next. A permit filing becomes a phone number, becomes a conversation, becomes a qualified opportunity, becomes a booked job, becomes a number in your Monday report — and that report changes what gets scraped next week.

  1. 01

    Map the market

    It builds its own list.

The agent sweeps public records, permits, registrations and demand signals inside your service radius, then scores every record on how likely it is to become a job you actually want.

    Output

    • Verified local records with named decision makers
    • Direct dial and email routes attached
    • De-duplicated against your existing customers
  2. 02

    Open the conversation

    It calls and it emails.

Dozens of live calls at once, plus authenticated email sequences written around the specific trigger that flagged each prospect. Gatekeepers navigated, voicemails left, follow-ups scheduled.

    Output

    • 200–500 dials a day
    • Multi-touch email with instant reply detection
    • Every touch logged to the record
  3. 03

    Qualify the work

It asks the questions you would.

Job type, address, timeframe, budget band and whether the person on the line can actually approve the work. Unqualified records are dropped, not passed to you.

    Output

    • Qualified opportunity with full context
    • Disqualification reasons recorded
    • Compliance gates applied before every dial
  4. 04

    Handle the objection

It does not give up at the first no.

Price, timing, "I've got a guy", "send me something" — each handled with a tested response built from your actual close history, inside the limits you set.

    Output

    • Objection library tuned weekly
    • Escalation the moment a prospect pushes past your rules
    • No unauthorised promises or discounts
  5. 05

    Close and book

It puts the job on your calendar.

Warm transfers during your hours, booked callbacks outside them, deposit and signature links sent the moment somebody commits. The job lands as an appointment, not a notification.

    Output

    • Warm transfer with a one-line brief
    • Calendar slot confirmed with the decision maker
    • Deposit or signature request sent
  6. 06

    Report and tune

    You see exactly what happened.

Every call, email, reply and outcome logged automatically, with a Monday report that separates activity from revenue and names what to change next week.

    Output

    • Weekly attributed-revenue one-pager
    • Source, sequence and script attribution
    • Script changes proposed from real conversion data

Channels

Four channels, one set of rules.

The agent works every channel your trade actually uses — and the same limits, suppression list and approval rules apply across all of them.

Voice

Concurrent outbound calls in your timezone-aware windows. Gatekeepers navigated, decision makers qualified, warm transfers bridged to your phone with a one-line brief.

Guardrail · Never promises pricing, lead times or licensing outside the approved list. Escalates instead.

Email

Authenticated multi-touch sequences on a dedicated subdomain, written around the specific trigger that flagged each prospect, with an instant stop on reply.

Guardrail · Every message carries a working opt-out; suppression is shared with calling and texting.

Text

Short, appointment-oriented messages used inside the follow-up ladder, plus same-day no-show recovery while the prospect is still deciding.

Guardrail · Consent-aware: no texting outside the hours you set, and opt-outs apply permanently.

Your CRM

Every call, transcript, email, reply and outcome logged automatically against the right record, with stage changes driven by evidence rather than optimism.

Guardrail · You own the account and the data. Export on demand, and it leaves with you.

Go deeper

Every stage has its own capability page.

Each of the seven jobs the agent runs is documented in full, including what it replaces, how it runs and the objections that come up.

The build

Seven days from call to live.

The build fee buys real setup work. Nothing goes live until you have approved the market definition, the script and the sequence line by line.

  1. Day 0

    The 20-minute build call

We map your trade, service radius, price floor, transfer number and the promises the agent may make. You leave with a written scope, not a proposal deck.

  2. Days 1–3

    Market recon and list build

Your market is scraped, scored and de-duplicated against your existing customers. You review the first list before anything is dialed.

  3. Days 3–5

    Scripts, sequences and CRM wiring

Call script, email sequence, objection responses and CRM stages are written and approved by you line by line. Nothing goes live unapproved.

  4. Days 5–7

    Compliance and authentication

Calling windows, do-not-call scrubbing, recording consent, domain authentication and suppression lists are configured and verified.

  5. Week 2

    Go live

The agent starts dialing and emailing. The first week is deliberately conservative while deliverability and call outcomes are measured.

  6. Weeks 3–6

    The tuning window

Scripts, targeting and timing are adjusted against real conversion data. This is where the numbers usually move most.

  7. Ongoing

    Run, report, tune

Monthly operation with a weekly attributed-revenue report, live transfers when prospects say yes, and script changes proposed from your own data.

Expected outcomes

What the loop is built to produce.

These are modeled projections based on the agent's configured throughput and your trade's average ticket — not client results and not a guarantee. Every engagement is scoped to your market, and we will tell you before you buy if the maths does not work for your trade.

Positioning

Receptionist, or operator?

Both are legitimate products. They solve different problems, and only one of them grows revenue.

Questions

What people ask about the loop.

Is this just an AI receptionist with a different name?

No, and the difference is the whole product. A receptionist waits for the phone to ring and takes a message. This agent starts the conversation: it builds a prospect list from public records, calls and emails those prospects, handles the objections, follows up until it gets an answer, and books the job on your calendar. Inbound answering is not part of what it does.

What kind of business is this for?

Local service companies with a field crew and a sales process that depends on somebody picking up the phone: plumbing, HVAC, roofing, electrical, landscaping, pest control, cleaning, garage doors, restoration, and similar trades. If your revenue comes from booked jobs in a service radius, it fits.

Who is it not for?

Businesses with no local service radius, businesses that cannot handle more work at all, and businesses looking for a cheap dialer to blast a purchased list. The agent is built to run a real outbound function, and that only pays off if you can deliver the work it books.

What does my team have to do?

Answer the warm transfers, show up to the booked appointments, and deliver the work. That is it. Data entry, list building, dialing, emailing and follow-up are all handled.

How much of my time does this take?

About an hour in the first week to approve the market definition, scripts and sequences, and roughly twenty minutes a week after that to read the report and give feedback. Larger changes are handled on a scheduled call.

What does the weekly report show?

Dials, live conversations, qualified opportunities, quotes issued, appointments booked, jobs won, and revenue attributed — broken down by list, sequence and script so you can see what to fund and what to cut.

Put the agent on your market.

Twenty minutes on the phone. We map your service radius, your trade and your price floor, and tell you honestly whether the maths works.
